Brenda's warm personality and extensive knowledge of the human body put me at ease right away. She was very thorough in her physical assessments and listened attentively to my personal goals. After just one session I felt I knew so much more about my body and how to get where I wanted to go. Now, after just a few months of working with Brenda one-on-one, I have seen vast improvements in my flexibility, strength, appearance, and overall health and energy level.
